Zakho Dream City is the largest residential project in South Kurdistan, where this project extends over 3,000,000 m2 (three million square meters) with stunning views on Khabur River and the mountains surrounding the area.

The proportion of green space project is estimated almost 55% of the total area of the project.

The project includes two complex:
1. The first complex: It is wholly owned by Nasri group of companies and North Gate co. and consists of:
215 Buildings
80 residential Villas

2. The second complex: It is wholly owned and at the disposal of the local administration of Zakho city, and includes:
689 houses and residential land supported by many additional services

For the first compound only:
80 Villa spaces 500m2 and 1000m2
215 Buildings (A, B, C, D, E) is divided as follows:
• 201 Building - flat area 170 m2
• 14 Building - flat area 135 m2

Each building consists of 8 floors and each floor includes 4 apartments so each building containing 32 apartments (total 7,000 apartments)
• 2 front apartment overlooking on Khabur River
• 2 flat background overlooking on the street
• 2 elevator accommodates 8 people
• stair and emergency staircase


Each apartment contains 4 conditioners + equipped kitchen + equipped bathroom

Offered for sale currently 5 Buildings (170 m2 Apartments) and 3 Buildings (135 m2 Apartments)

delivered after one year and a half (after the completion of water project)

What happened to this project? Are there any updates of it?

And there was also a Dream City project in Hewler, I did not found any topic about it here, what happened to that project?
