Still the 3rd biggest party in terms of seats. Seems like we've gained 280.000 votes.

Congrats to HDP, I saw videos of people celebrating the night of the results in London, specifically in areas with all the Bakuris.
It was pretty late at night too, nice to see more Kurds, specifically Bakuris which faced some of the worst assimilation finding their identity again. The future, as it stands, looks positive for Kurds.
We have displayed our dominance from the west to the east, not only politically (HDP, KRG's recognition around the world etc) but also militarily. This generation of Kurds have once again made history, (the battle of Kobani, more and more of our minorities e.g Yezidis etc returning to their Kurdish identity, Rojava and so on).

CNN - Turkey's Demirtas: Coalition could work, but we won...

We told our voters that we will not join in a coalition with AKP. A coalition between AKP and MHP could work.

According to KONDA research, votes moving between parties are as following:

AKP to HDP: 1.8M
CHP to MHP: 500K
CHP to HDP: 250K

i heard AKP and MHP agreed to form a coalition. thats is not only bad for rojava and bakur, for bashur its bad too.
to be honest, HDP should have hold talks with AKP, now kurdistan will return to the nineties. most fascist turks will rule

The good thing is that Kurdish nationalism will be growing and the will for a Kurdish nation State. PKK made very clear. They're ready for peace and war. So if Turks decide to attack. Let them do it. They'll pay the price for it.

We're not in the 90's anymore where Turks had full support and a lot more power. Things have changed a lot over the last 15-20 years.

Also take into account that the worlds eyes are on the Syrian and Iraqi conflicts. Any dumb decision made by Turkey will have a negative effect on its goal. Turkey is pretty much in position where they will lose whatever they do. Either they don't do anything and they will realize that their whole southern border will be shared with kurds. Or, they intervene and the whole world will campaign against them. I can't see any obvious move from their perspective. The kurdish cause is out of their reach.

This is spot on. Turkey is out of the game in Middle East. At best, they better mend their own internal and domestic affairs otherwise things will become harsher for them in the near future.
