Yeah, saw many pictures of them on Twitter and Facebook. I doubt they are operational or in working condition.
Don't take my word for it, tho. They have said they will soon use them, so let us see if they actually are operational (something I highly doubt).

If they are operational then Maliki the dog purposely allowed them to capture the scuds. Lets hope they dont use it on Iraqi people until we declare independence, otherwise Burger-eaters aka Muricans will be sawrming in SK etc. and "restore" "peace". Good move Maliki, but I guess Daash will be careful when to use them :D and probably on Baghadad.

I don't think it was intentional from baghdad. Arming ISIL was disaster for them, it wasn't a trick to get US involved(US won't get involved in the battle unless ISIL get nukes or chemical weapons, or some form of weapons of mass destruction). Unless you think they lost Mosul deliberately. And I highly doubt scud-missiles, will change anything. Scuds are basically soviet adaptations of German long-distance rockets from(v1-v2 rockets) ww2. They won't make that much of a difference, assuming ISIL even has operators for them, or has only limited quantity for them. The car bombs already do as much damage as scuds. If they actually can use them, they'll probably harass baghdad with them. If the Iraqi airforce doesn't blow them up first. It will be very hard for them to get stocks of scuds aswell.

Jamat al islam, is basically ansar al islam(formed by Mullah krekar, who is a local salafist from kurdistan) which joined ISIS and Baathists, after ansar al islam was thrown out of kurdistan.

Not independently, what remains of them joined baathists and ISIL. That video explains it's background. Mullah krekar, their founder, is in a norwegian prison at the moment.

Im so glad that this terrorist group was after puk and pdk, because otherwise we could look like afghanistan... I am very thankfull that the virus of extremism was stopped by the influences of our moderate groups who are human in stead of the inhumane islamic terrorists.

Yes they still do exist. The ones went to syria to fight alongside ISIS were ex-ansar islam members. They are brainwashed by the mulla's in halabja town.

Alarabiya Panorama - Wafiq samari, the former head of the iraqi Intelligence Service and adviser of President Mam Jalal Talabani

"With all due respect to my Kurdish brothers, but Kurds are no more the main players in baghdad nor the decisive equation in baghdad. They are not even part of the equation anymore because Kurds are trying to create their own state which I also support it. The role of the Kurds in iraq has officially ended in 10/6 (After the fall of mosul). The Kurds want a Kurdish state, what are they doing in baghdad, Kurds should leave baghdad and leave the arabs in iraq to solve their issues between themselves. inshalah (hopefully) Kurdistan will become an independent state soon".

He also issued many assassinations of Kurds outside SK. I also believe he was responsible of executing hundreds of Kurdish politicians in Iraq when Saddam the tyrant rose to power with the help of CIA
