Lol yeah I meant they will do this..

If Iraq side with Iran they lose the US..

The US would then most likely support the Kurds to declare independence..

Iraq will probaly be where Iran vs America take place in probaly so KRG should prepare for Iran's invasion...

Of course we cant trust the US though but I dont see why they would backstab us when we have American citizens in Hewlêr( I met some)

Kurdish IS Militant Killed in Tikrit
18.09.2014

Hoshmand Sadiq
BasNews, Erbil

A youth from Halabja who joined up with the Islamic State (IS) militants was killed on 13 September in a town close to Tikrit in Salahaddin Province following the clashes between Shiite militia groups and IS insurgents.

He was a former member of Kurdistan’s brigades of al-Qaeda terrorist group and had spent four years imprisoned in Iran.

The official spokesman of the Endowment & Religious Affairs Ministry in the South Kurdistan Mariwan Naqshbandi stated that more than 400 youths from the South Kurdistan are among the Sunni terrorist group.

“So far 35 Kurdish youths have been killed and more than 50 youths have left the IS militants and returned to the region. Most of them have been arrested by Kurdistan Regional security. A number of them have not been freed due to the threat of them returning to IS.”

“Before, Kurdish youths were encouraged through Mullahs and mosques to become IS militants, but now Facebook has replaced that role. IS supporters from inside and outside of the South Kurdistan encourage Kurdish youths to join IS.”

Naqshbandi stated that tens of youths have been arrested by Kurdish security because of their use of social media, whilst many have succeeded in entering IS group in this way

I agree with you he did implement Iranian policies, however he was installed by the USA. Not to say his moves were controlled by USA, but the USA believed he would be "their man". Guess things turned out bitter. lol

That would be too disrespectful, and many Muslims may see it as a violation against Islam. Rather the KRG must keep an eye on the Mullahs in this region.
I am confused by God's wisdom:
In this world of States
Why have the Kurds remained Stateless, dispossessed,
What for have they all become fugitives, condemned?

more complex than that. He was supposed to tame sadr.. and give legitimacy to US. But turned against them when they stopped giving him favor. He plays both sides.

Well I meant keeping an eye on the Mullahs, when they're not in the Mosque. The criminals will be found, but not by disrespecting the mosque.

The US and five Arab allies have launched the first strikes against Islamic State (IS) militants in Syria.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-29321136

Quote:

The Pentagon said warplanes, drones and Tomahawk missiles were used in the attacks, which targeted several areas including IS stronghold Raqqa.

Syria's foreign ministry said its UN envoy was informed about the strikes against IS, which controls large swathes of Syria and Iraq.

The US has already launched about 190 air strikes in Iraq since August.

However, Monday's action expands the campaign against the militant group across the border into Syria.

Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm John Kirby confirmed the operation, saying "US military and partner nation forces" had undertaken military action in Syria.

US Central Command (Centcom) said Sunni Arab countries Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates "participated in or supported" the strikes.
