great find!!! I especially love that they have drawn agro-industries, heavy industries and Hewler industrial city on the map and of course the grand prix race tracks :) But what's most important of all is the green belt around the city which will prevent alot of pollution. If you look at Tehran which is surounded with mountains, the air is extremely polluted and breathing is difficult.

The plan is set to be completed by 2030. I wish they made a master plan for each of the cities.

- A Wildlife safari park
- A Grand Prix racetrack
- A 36-hole golf course
- Rail Station
- International Motorway

Isn't 17 years alot of time for this master plan?

In this world of States
Why have the Kurds remained Stateless, dispossessed,
What for have they all become fugitives, condemned?

if hawler is expanding like this, then it would make sense that the smaller villages/towns around it will be integrated into hawler.

and there are also master plans for slemani and duhok, but they are pretty sloppy..they didn't put the same effort into it like the one of hawler.

Some smaller towns and villages don't want to be a part of the mega city, they shouldn't be forced into this.

Thank god my hometown is too far away haha
